The hotel had good WiFi and a clean room. It was also located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation. Another plus was the friendly staff who greeted us upon arrival.
Our experience was soured by the rude receptionist who was unnecessarily interrogative and even attempted to take pictures of our identification documents. the breakfast was minimal and not very appetizing.

We had a great stay in this hotel located in the commercial area with a taxi stand right in front, near the railway station on Chhavani Chowraha. The room was well-furnished and clean with hot water available. The staff was courteous, and the meals were decent, with excellent parathas. The lobby was a cozy place to stay while waiting for our train. We were happy with the facilities provided.
The maintenance in the corridors could have been better.

The hotel's location was great, as it was situated near the market and bank branches. The staff were friendly and courteous, which made our stay comfortable.
The hotel needs improvement in terms of its maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable and the linen was not clean.
